赵秀清，2007年毕业于中国政法大学研究生院民商法学院，
自1998年进入中国版权保护中心从事版权贸易工作，
2010年1月任中国版权保护中心-出版事业部常务副总经理职务，
2011年10月任中国版权保护中心-出版事业部总经理职务，
2016年7月至今兼任中华版权代理总公司-影视部总经理职务
2018年4月至今任中华版权代理总公司-英国公司总经理职务。

曾策划出版矛盾、沈从文、冰心、巴金、王力、朱光潜及丰子恺等国内著名作家的经典作品；艺术类图书《世界摄影史》、《世界绘画经典教程》系列等经典艺术图书100多种；
期刊《手表年鉴》《IMAGINEFX》等时尚类畅销刊物。
成功策划并代理了二月河、周国平、毕淑敏、林语堂及苏童等国内知名作家作品的电子版权和有声电子读物。同时，策划代理了影视类《在我消失前》《她》《隐秘的愤怒》《金色年华》等数部国际电影节获奖作品。
