黄宇　广西壮族自治区新闻出版广电局局长

　　黄宇，广西壮族自治区新闻出版广电局局长、党组书记，教育学博士，研究员，历任广西壮族自治区教育厅副厅长、党组成员，广西壮族自治区文化厅厅长、党组书记等职。2018年2月任现职以来，紧紧围绕中央和自治区党委、政府的总体部署，深化改革，开拓创新，坚持正确导向，坚守舆论阵地，大力推进广西新闻出版广播影视各项工作。特别是在着力打造《讲政策》《八桂新风行》《遇见好书》等一批广西广播电视品牌栏目和大力推进广西广电融合媒体云平台、广西广电云村村通户户用工程等广电基础设施建设方面取得新突破。

　　Huang Yu, with a Doctor Degree in education and being endorsed as a research fellow, has been appointed as the Director General of Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region since February 2018, and also as the Secretary of Leading Party Members Group of this government body. He was once held such positions as the Deputy Director General of Administration of Education of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the General of Administration of Culture of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and also was the Member and Secretary of the above two government bodies. Upholding the basic guidelines of the Central Party Committee, Central Government, Party Committee and Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Huang Yu has been deepening the reform and innovation, following correct direction, guiding public opinions and pushing the routine work in the field of press, publication, radio, film and television of Guangxi. Under his effort, new breaks have been achieved in creating brand columns such as Policies Discussion, Fresh Air in Guangxi, Sharing Books, etc., and in pushing forward the infrastructure construction for radio and television development in Guangxi such as building up the Cloud Platform for Media Convergence of Guangxi Radio and Television and ensuring Guangxi Radio and Television is accessible to every family at all villages of Guangxi.
