陈崎嵘　中国全国政协委员、中国作协网络文学委员会主任

　　陈崎嵘，生于浙江绍兴,早年在浙江地方任职，后调京从事文学组织工作。曾任中国作协党组成员、副主席、书记处书记、新闻发言人，现任全国政协委员、中国作协网络文学委员会主任、中国作协网络文学研究院院务委员会主任。编选有《中国历代人才诗选》《中国小商品城纵横观》《网络文学面面谈》《网络文学的使命与担当》。著有诗集《诗意的学习》《江南北国诗痕》和报告文学《航民：一个共富的村庄》《工匠精功》，并有诗文散见于《人民日报》《光明日报》《解放军报》《文汇报》《文艺报》《人民文学》《诗刊》《中国作家》《网络文学评论》等。

Profile of Chen Qirong

　　Chen Qirong, born in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, worked in Zhejiang in his early years, later transferred to Beijing and began to engage in literary-related career. He served as a Party Committee member, vice president, Secretary of the Secretariat and news spokesman of the press in China Writers Association (CWA). He is now a member of the CPPCC National Committee, director of the CWA Online Literature Committee and CWA Online Literature Research Academy.
His compiled works are listed as follows: Poetry Anthology of Talents in Various Dynasties of China, A Survey of China's City of Small Commodities, Views on Online Literature, Mission and Responsibility of Online Literature. He is also the author of poetry anthologies namely, Poetic Learning, and Poems for Southern and Northern Part of China, as well as reportage, Hangmin - a Village of Common Prosperity, and Craftsmen's Workmanship. His poems and essays can also be found in People's Daily, Guangming Daily, PLA Daily, Wen Hui Bao, People's Literature, Poetry Periodical(Shikan), Chinese Writers and Network Literature Review and so on.
